Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist
Where did you work/study previously and how did it help you arrive at Fountain?
I’ve come to Fountain from Aviva, where I worked as an analytics & optimisation consultant; prior to that, I worked at a UX agency, primarily as a UX Researcher but pretty much mucking in with any job that needed doing! I strongly believe there is no such thing as ‘done’, and there is always opportunity for improvement. I think this drive to keep experimenting and validating put me on the road to Fountain
What is it about Digital Marketing that you find interesting?
I am a complete sucker for data and psychology, so I find looking at different trends and the factors that influence them completely fascinating.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love that it’s a complete mixture of creative and technical; and that there is always something surprising to learn.
What do you like doing when not at work?
I have dogs so I like to take them out and about (and take 10000s of photos of them, they’re so cute!) I am also a lover of crossword puzzles, knitting, sloths and cheese. Have been known to sing in a band on occasion.
